LisaJ Baby Angels- You could be an angel?

Christine and Amanda Baby Angel

These stand between 3 and 3 1/2 inches tall. They are my figurines I made out of Polymer clay.

Each one depicts someone I know and that person is getting one as a gift this year. Most of them are my children with the exception of a a dear friend.

I also incorporated charms as a message. Some say Love, Hope, Believe and Dream etc. I use small beads for the necklaces, dress adornments and the eyes.

I made these for many reasons. I love Polymer clay and I am tired of non personal gift items.

I usually give everyone a new holiday ornament but this year I will give a figurine.

Even tho all of the kids/friends are not angels all of the time, it reminds me (and them of their good qualities) and we all need to be reminded of that once a year.

All of my baby angels so far. I want to make more.

Zachee!

I need to make one of myself to remind myself to try and be more angelic in the lives of others! Happy Holidays.

I think Polymer clay is one of the best mediums that I have ever worked with. There are many new clays coming out on the market that I have tried but I keep going back to polymer. I don't even know where this creativity came from with these flowers and they took me about 6 hours to make. They feel like they should be necklaces but I am not sure if I should put them all together to make one necklace or make seperate ones? What do you think?

All of these represent hours worth of work.  They are unpainted right now and in natural polymer clay colors.

I put little rhinestone centers in this one..

4th of July Polymer Clay Beads

I am having some success with polymer clay. I wanted to list all my projects in order, but I am going to skip ahead because I want to submit my 4th of July Beads to Polymer Clay Daily.

I currently mix, furnace glass, my own polymer clay creations and charms to make my own unique style of the European bracelets and necklaces.

These ones in particular are small holed beads of 2mm. This isn't usual for me. I usually make large holed beads and finish them off for European bracelets but supply and demand is making me make smaller holed beads for people who desire them. I made these while I was on vacation and immediately sold ten before I made it home.

I usually gloss them but these particular ones were so beautiful they just don't require it in my eyes. Tell me what you think?

Some polymer clay designs

Some early designs. The round ones made with grommets for a finish design to use on Pandora style stuff. The pictures are the bottom are regular beads ( mint chocolate chip) and the turquoise square focal bead is polymer clay as well.
